Not too sure you could just be pushing yourself too hard. Do you get really thirsty and seem to not go to the bathroom at all even though you had like gallons of water or juice?
or do you go to the bathroom too much?
do ur feet swell?
go to ur dr and get a simple blood test. do not eat or drink at least 8 hours i think before the test. usually a fasting test.
or u could just be someone who has to eat breakfast. usually u have to eat certain times a day in order to avoid dizziness ectera.
