Diabetic's only get high blood sugar levels, they take insulin to bring it down (preferably to maintain a good level), so therefore if they've not eaten enough or exercised more than expected the blood sugar levels drop too low. It is the injected insulin that is bringing it low. No diabetic's blood sugar levels ever go low of their own accord, only high. If you're levels are going low of their own accord, you may be hypoglycaemic. Definately not diabetic.
