Do you ever get so angry at having diabetes that you don't really know what to do?
---------------------------------------------------
Life isn't fair.
It's OK to get mad at the disease.
I get to the point where I really hate taking my shots, but some days it doesn't bother me (unless I hit a blood vessel and stain my clothes or get a "knot").
I also have high blood pressure, but keep it under control.
And, I have a "prelukemic" blood condition where I don't produce enough red cells, white cells or plateletts. So I have some good days, and many down days between. The good days are the dangerous ones, I try to do too much wjile I can and some times end up really bad for a week or two.
So I/we can sympathize with you and understand your being unhappy about it. And so very frustrating when you think you have a handle on it, then start reacting to something in your diet that was OK before but you can't eat now.
Do what you can. You aren't alone. With a little luck research will find some answers, particularly when we get rid of the dark-ages thinking currently in Washington.
