I feel terrible when it's too high!!!
I feel like I'm weighted down, as if I can't lift my arms and legs. I feel tired, sick at my stomach, or sometimes just like you said, "Blah!". And other times, if I snap and eat something I shouldn't, my heart rate seems to go through the roof! That part worries me more than anything.
Go to a doctor!! You said you're only 20 years old. Take care of yourself now so that you don't have years (and a lot of them) taken off of your life! You'll make yourself and your family feel better.
