well first off you need to go into the school and you need to tell the headmaster/school nurse and teachers that your son has been diagnosed diabetes - and tell them what type if its type 1 or type 2.

tell them what medication he requires and when.

i think thats it. its best not to ring up coz they might not be listening properly at leats if u go in you can get across everything they need to know.
