Go to your local pharmacy or supermarket and buy complan. It's a food that you drink. You mix with water and/or milk and within 2 or 3 days it will restore your appetite and make it possible for you to eat.

Try setting an alarm of some sort to remind yourself to eat even if you aren't hungry. I have to do this. Then have just a little bit of several things that don't spike your glucose much.

I have again been forgetting to set my alarm and don't remember to eat until I am going really hypo. Not fun at all.
