I understand your feelings of being ripped off. Although I have no experience with Access DiabeticI do know formal legal complaint channels you can and should go through. Is it worth your time? You betcha. This is like waking an angry gorilla who's on your side, your big brother per say. First understand that you are not alone for there are probably hundreds experiencing the same billing nightmare as you. Here's what you can do; file formal complaints where this "new" company does business. File complaints with the Better Business Bureau. Do this online and file complaints with ConsumerConsumer rights and responsibilities Affairs, file with your local District Attorney's Office Consumer Protection Agency and also the DA's CPA city/town/state where this company does business. In some states CPA is handled by the state DA...big guns. Again online, there is a free web site called complaintsboard.com where you can voice your grievance for all to see. If your local newspaper and/or TV station has a consumer complaints forum, write them. Your complaint may end up in print and/or on TV. Believe me, the last thing a company wants to answer to is complaints, especially from the news media. The big daddy of them all is the IC3. The Internet Crime Complaint Center is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C), and the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) involving Internet related crimes.
