AM i diabetic?

Hmmm.... touchy, I see. That's also a sign of diabetes, from what I've heard. Whether you qualify as a full blown or pre-diabetic is really a moot point. Your numbers are too high. You need to treat your daily routine as if you are a diabetic right now, or you're most certainly going to become diabetic and be stuck taking medication or injections for the rest of your life.
I would recommend Patrick Quillin's book: "The Diabetes Improvement Program". It will help you understand how we become (type 2) diabetic and how to prevent it or minimize the effects once we become diabetic. It has helped me a lot. My blood sugar levels are quite normal since I've been following his suggestions.
