I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes about 6 years ago, and with that experience, i would strongly suggest seeing a health care profressional immediately. I had some of the symptoms beforehand, abd did not know that they were the symptoms of diabetes at the time. What got me to to realize what I had were the symptoms of a heart attack. If it turns out to be a false alarm, at least you will be assured of that. If it turns out to be true, then you can take the first steps towards dealing with it. This includes getting support from a doctor, getting support through all resources available, and support from your family. A good resource is the American Diabetes Association which has a website online, and many glucometer manufacturers offer free meters to diabetics.
