How can you be pre-diabetic if your blood sugar was 100? That is completely normal. Did you have insulin resistance?

Eat a lower sugar diet..... no white sugar or sugar products no white flour or flour products, more protien, more veggies, berries and melons, healthy fats, etc. Please don't be too concerned yet. One hundred is a normal blood sugar.
