It is not likely that an ear infection would cause tingling in your arm and foot, but it is possible. You might not want to put over the counter meds in there until you are sure what it is.

YOu need to have a doctor look into your ear canal. But if you dont want to go to a doctor (which is stupid) there plenty of ear drops in any pharmacy just ask a pharmacist.
