Help!! Diabetes?

You have to control and limit yurself. Think of something that really motivates you. Think about your happiness, health, friends, and most especially family, this will help you through the process. Make sure that you only shop for healthy foods such as fruits, vegetrables, plain yogurt(blend with berries & bananas, instead of buying the flavored yogurts), whole wheat bread, fortified cereals, etc. But also make sure that you control the portion of the food, even it's healthy. TOOO much can still cause weight gain. And make sure that when you buy whole wheat bread, that it is actually whole wheat, check out its nutrition content. Some food may seem healthy, so make sure you check the nutrional value. Such as cereals, i suggest you buy Corn Flakes, for it has a small quantity of sugar and use skim milk or organic soy milk.
Excercise often, doesn't have to be extremely vigorous. Just make sure you do't sit around the house doing nothing. Move, general clean yur room, walk yur dog or walk around the park. Jog for about 10 minutes. Simple acitivities like that along with a well balanced diet will slowly shed the pounds off.
If there's a gym near by then head to the gym. Do some weight lifting and tread mill.
Also drink lots of water, this will help make yur metabolism alot faster. Faster metabolism helps burn fat alot faster.
Try not to go fast food restaurants, this willl only tempt you to eat. Cheating your diet, is only cheating yourself. So make sure you are focus and determined before you start this.
It is not an overnight thing....You have to be super patient and the next thing you know you are well fit and healthy.
MOTIVATION, DETERMINTATION, and SINCERITY IS ALL U NEED....
You can do this...All the hard work will pay off in the end.
YOu will be really proud of yourself if you achieve this. It wont only boost your self esteem, but it will make you happier along with your love ones.
