Basically type 2 diabetes is when the body breaksdown sugars faster then it can create insulin. Unlike Type 1 where the insulin production is limited, type 2 just simply states that there is too much sugar in the blood stream. The good thing about this form of diabetes, its easily controlled through diet and exercise. Mostly overweight and elderly people get this diease, but it has been known for younger individuals to get it as well.
