Dark meat, like chicken, or red meat? She should be fine with either. She should stay away from things that are sweet and sticky. Like anything sticky on your fingers, syrup, jelly those sort of things. Also she needs to do what her Dr tells her to do. There are dietitians out there that will instruct her.
