Definitely talk with a doctor! They'd have more useful information than you're going to find on here. Maybe get some info about Nutrisystem if you don't like to cook. They have balanced meals (already made) and I know a lot of people have had successful weight loss with it. Weight Watchers is a great program as well, but you may have to do some cooking!
