People who are unable to produce insulin have diabetes. WHat Problem would be caused by not producin
---------------------------------------------------
Is death a bad enough problem? The sugar level in the blood will continue to rise and it will trigger other problems with the kidneys and eyes. It can also lead to mental confusion.
Without the insulin, the cells of your body will not be able to provide with the energy that you need to make it through the day.
Not all diabetics are unable to produce insulin, in fact a majority of them do produce their own insulin, but they have "insulin resistance" so that the cells do not accept the insulin and sugar. Usually, the greatest factor that contributes to insulin resistance is obesity and a lack of exercise. This type of diabetes can be reversed even if the person is using injectable insulin. Others that do not produce their own insulin must inject into their bodies; this condition can not be reversed.
