Just go get a blood test. There are three tests that they can give you. A simple fasting glucose test. A glucose tolerance test. And the hemoglobin A1C test. The latter two will really give you an accurate picture of your body's ability to manage blood glucose. Stop worrying and go do it. If it turns out to be diabetes (which I doubt), the sooner you deal with it, the better. If it's not diabetes, it sounds serious enough to warrant a doctor's attention.
