Try and start with three square meals a day and snack healthily inbetween if you get hungry. Try a hearty breakfast, boiled eggs and toast and fruit and yoghurt, porridge or a banana&milo smoothie or fat free pancakes with fresh berries (if you have a sweet tooth). For lunch try pita bread filled with chicken, lettuce, carrot and a dressing of some sort. Try and have a fruit salad or similar aswell. Cooking dinner can be hard but try to eat pasta with sausage, or steak and vegetables etc. eating in proportion is the key. Eat smaller meals, but snack regulary on nuts, dried fruit, fresh fruit, smoothies. Exercise is another important factor..it really does help with weight loss, so try to go for a 15-30minute walk 3 times a week. Hope this can help :)
