^Has he tried applying for Medicaid? I know you said because of your income he can't get services, maybe if he tells them his living situation is temporary and he will be living on his own it might help, if you're not supporting him they might help him.. Call hospitals in your area, and local government offices to inquire about free clinics or see if they can give you other options. If he can't work because of his neuropathy, he might be able to get disability. Good luck I hope this helps.
